I adore itchio and the games but I'm honestly fearful of them being dropped. A few, I won't name, I've purchased in advance and they are still on their first update...2 years later.

Yeah, that made me actually not play Demos over there unless i know the developer is reliable and updates regularly or has done games before and actually finished them in a reasonable time frame
