Printscreen the game CG while in-game, crop the CG out and save it as an image. Simple.

 

[Hypocrite]

Isn't it a bit too much to download an entire game, play/skip through the whole thing and save every single CG manually when all they want is to look at a few images? There are programs to extract CGs, sprites and backgrounds but even then they'd still have to download a 1.5GB file.
