I downloaded to check. It is working fine on my side but I remember playing this game time ago and having random crashes so try to save a lot and try that section again.

in my case, I tried several version but still the problem persist ... sad ... it looks promising.

Try the latest version (1.08) it's much more stable for me, just use XUnity Auto Translator for the translation.

It's still a Japanese games, not localized yet, so you should be setting the locale to Japanese or use locale emulator. If it is still crashed at the startup some other problems might be the reason. I've already set my PC to JP locale for years and have no problem starting this game.
