It's a bug that according to the maker's HP has been fixed in a patch so...will need an updated version of this game

AFAICT, the infinite blue crystal loop occurs when the game cannot access the version list on the creator’s website or if the version you’re running has been removed from that list. The game must have internet access on startup or it will break on the town map, and the creator can deliberately break any version by removing it from their update list.

This is easy to crack. Extract Data.wolf, open Data\BasicData\CommonEvent.dat in a hex editor, search for the hex values “04 6A 18 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 04 7A”, change the starting “04 6A 18 00 00” to “04 6A 18 00 01”.

I can't extract, if you can please share the wolf file.

Asked and received, i Did the fix and it worked.
Its just the Data.wolf file extracted into a folder.

Just place the folder in the same place as the wolf file and delete it. The File will take over for the older data.wolf.
