Bumping the thread to ask if anyone has the latest version with DLC?
I checked the dates. There was a voice DLC released in 2025.

2025年4月以前に本作を購入し、DLC(音声追加パッチファイル)をご購入された方は、
以前のゲームデータを削除し、Ver1.01を再DLをお願いします。
Ver1.01インストール後にDLC(音声追加パッチファイル)が適用可能です。
以前のバージョンを削除しても、セーブデータは自動で引き継がれます。

Someone shared this game and its DLC Switch ver already, but I think nobody shared the update and DLC for PC ver yet. They are different as the Switch had to cut content, only PC is R18.
The game itself has to be updated to work with the new DLC btw
