[Misc] Requesting rules

1. Please read the General Rules below BEFORE posting a request.

2. Do not ask for:

• Things that don't exist.
• Things that have not yet been released.
• Things already posted on the forum, including requests that already exist.
• Content that isn't Otome and BL.

3. Use the forum's search feature before posting a request (chances are it has been solved before).

4. Put in the bare minimum information when making request posts, so that everyone has a better chance of being able to find the content you want:

• Romanized name or Original Name (ideally both where applicable)
• Sort of content you want, for ex. doujinshi or voice work.
• Release Date
• Circle/Publisher and/or Voice Actor.
• A DLsite code or link.
• Put "[REQUEST]" in the title
