I bought the game on itchio but I have no experience with cracking/sharing files on here :( how do I go about this ?

If it's from itch.io I don't think you have to crack it, with uploading the game's zip or folder to MEGA, Drive or someplace like that and then sharing the link (don't forget to give others access to view and download the game) should be enough^^
It's worth mentioning that this game can be played for free but there's a version with extra content (dlc on Steam/full version on itch.io) that you have to pay for, so it would be amazing if you could share the full version with us.
