If I understand correctly, the Otome Game Co-Purchase Group raised funds to purchase it. If you contribute to the group by making a donation, you'll have access to the games on release day, if you don't contribute you'll have to wait a few days for the game to be uploaded to the forum. I'm also eagerly awaiting this game.

I'm pretty excited for this one when it comes out! I love the series; it's rare for Konami to release translated games like this, especially the older ones. Koei could follow suit and release the Kiniro no Corda games this way too.
