I've also tried to find this game, but it's very difficult to find the certain files. the files of the web page you linked aren't sumire no tsubomi. It's tsundere s otome.

I didn't download it (since I don't need it lol ) but..Are you sure? Even files name says it's Sumire no Tsubomi O.o but well, if they uploaded wrong one, you can download this.
It's torrent from russian site and don't worry - this is totally Sumire no Tsubomi with nocd patch and patch for agth ([Mirai] Sumire no Tsubomi Ver. 1.02 Update Patch ).

P.S. If downloading speed not that good, just wait. It'll probably get better soon xD Or I hope so.

Can you re-upload this in .rar, .7z or zip file? Coz i dunno how to open a torrent :(

First, install utorrent or bittorent. There are a lot of torrent installers u can use. After you install the torrent, go to the the Sumire no Tsubomi link above. Torrent file is small, not even 1 MB mostly. After u download the torrent file, just double click it and it will load automatically using any torrent that u have installed. Just WAIT for it until it says "Downloading". You can leave it be, even if you shut down your computer, the next time you open the torrent, it will CONTINUE your download ^O^ Don't worry.

After you finished downloading with torrent, it will say "Seeding", so wait for it a little bit, and you can open the file you've downloaded (torrent will create a new folder to place your download file)

well, I think the links for sumire no tsubomi of that site is dead because I wanted to download the game without using torrent so I tried it...but I couldn't. :'(
