Since Enty is dead, and the creator seemingly disappeared (I can only assume the worst but I hope they're ok), this is possibly lost media. It's apparently been uploaded to Chinese sites, but I can not access the download links.

The only thing I could find was this blog which apparently used to provide download links, but no longer does

EDIT: I actually just found it on another forum (not sure if I'm allowed to link), and the version numbers seem to match the ones listed on the archived enty page so the request is essentially filled
