I mean they don't advertise shit. Most people didn't even knoe it was out, they only made the announcement during one of the IRL events and there was like one or two mentions in the B's Log but I believe it didn't even have a double presentation page like most games. Many people weren't even aware it was out... Himehibi2 will probably never be online unless an otome game player dumps it imo, it's an old game so scene groups probably won't think much about it. Just like DLCs for DearMagi or Beast Darling, they aren't available anywhere I think Ami's post is the first place the base game ever got uploaded, and so no one got the DLCs since then :/
This and Himihibi 2 are just new ports of games that originally came out decades ago. It's understandable there's less interest in the switch ver since they're already available on older platforms like the vita, psp, ps2.You're right, advertisement is a factor, but...how to put it, I've seen scene groups put out some really obscure games too. I suppose only they themselves know the criteria by which they choose games to release.
At least Dear Magi and Beast Darling's lack of attention was to be expected with how unknown the company is. Takuyo meanwhile had multiple games released before, I thought Himehibi 2 was an exception...yet now the trend continues with Panic Palette. They also have an upcoming new game, will anyone remember it by the time it's out
