Letting people know, the font in this game is actually absolutely awful. No matter what setting r device I play this on, it gives me actual cluster headaches.

it's so strangely bolded to the point parts of the letters blur into the background or are too contrasted or just disappear.

Glad I'm not the only one who didn't like the font!!Yeah I saw some screenshots for playthroughs on X and thought it was unreadable, like the least they could do is make the font size bigger instead of making it this bold.
Now I wish I know how to mod a switch game , though I assume is not gonna be easy to change a font.

We are working on that, don't worry! Our release will come with a font mod.

That looks a whole lot better, I have no idea why they did making the font having a black outline is a good idea. I kinda get what they were going for, but readability is much more important than style lol
 
The English version of the game is now on Ziperto lol. Considering how many people begged for the game on that site + people spamming "I DM'd you for files! I DM'd you for files!" on a switch piracy subreddit thread + how western male yandere fans like to brag that they pirated stuff and can't shut their yap about what sites they used, really hoping that people aren't stupid on social media lol

The font suprisingly does not look bad on a bigger monitor and I finished the game yesterday (I'm a very fast reader) without any troubles, but I don't think most players are even going to play using a monitor tbh

The worst part its not even a yandere otome , its about a group of traumatized LIs that lose their sanity over the course of the dark route due to certain circumstances , so labeling it as a yandare game its false advertising.

I don't think its inherently a false advertisement to call it a yandere game cuz it has yandere themes but I do think calling it a dark romance would be much better lol

I was on a 4k monitor and it looked awful.and hurt my eyes on long intervals.

Upon editing it we discovered the font isn't even set straight.

I almost finished the game! Virche Evermore is good doing at the background to add details of horror. In this game, the background is just same with no changes! The characters are full with trauma, I feel like obsession from their fear of losing than pure yandere from out of love. Thats my opinion for the game.

Are you using switch or emulator? Does it work in emulator?
