I don't have the CD itself, but I extracted the music directly from the game file if you are interested in just the music itself, not specifically the CD.

The file contains both the OP and the two ED songs (game length) and all the BGMs.

If you can't see it try to check the box in the windows explorer that say "file name extensions" in the view tab
