i'm not sure but i think it could have been delayed.

I checked the webpage and i do not see a way to purchase it via download so that could be why.

No Monster Park 2 should be out I saw the front and back coverbox online and on sagaoz forums there is a 100% CG savefile posted... however delta games usually take longer than other games to be shared.
Edit: I also saw a blog where some japanese dude reviews the game but apparently I am not allowed to link there...?
