All I managed to get in touch with the Switch reddit guy. They accepting people to join again. Someone has been stealing their links and they trying to keep the group as private as possible so you got to be patient if you want to rejoin. I got accepted again after few days. Here's the message.

My browser keeps saying "Unable to connect" no matter how much I try or wait .·´¯`(>▂<)´¯`·.
All 3 links fine for me. Clear cache, browser cookies. delete temp files. try another browser.

hi! just wanted to ask, i extracted the three of them in one folder but didn't see a single xci file? did i do the extraction process wrong? or how do u do it by compressing all the three parts together to form one xci file?Thank you so much for sharing

Greetings,
I'll be showing how to go about unzipping *EXTRACTING* game files within the folder.
I'll take the release HARVESTELLA_NSW-HR for an example.
As overwhelming as this might be, it's NOT! As you can see, these are compressed
archives or files that are compressed using the WinRAR or RAR file compression
utilities.
The most important file is the one that is labeled WinRAR archive (.rar).
If you have WinRAR installed, the icon will look like a stack of books with a strap around it
as if you were able to pick it up and carry it.
Now you can either scroll down till you find the 'archive file', or you can always click on
'NAME' and it will push the very bottom files up to the very top, so you don't have to scroll
down if you don't want to.
From here, you can either double-click on the file, and it will open.
Also, while you are in here, you can click on the button that says 'Extract To'
which will show another pop-up up and you are able to pick and choose where you'd like the file to be extracted to.
Or you can right-click with the mouse button and click on extract here
which in turn start to extract either the BASE GAME, UPDATE, or DLC within the folder it sits in.
Please be aware that it can be fast or take some time, depending on the size of
said file.
Once the game file has been extracted, it will be wherever you want it to be extracted.
For this example, I kept it in the same folder.
That's all it takes to extract a file from a scene release.
Some UPDATES, DLC, and even BASE GAMES don't have this many files inside one folder.
But it only depends on how big the game file is.
If the game is over 10GB and up, like 'NBA_2K26_Update_v1.01_NSW-VENOM', there are 99 (.r99)
archive files and 9 (.s00) files.
An S00 file is a segment of a large archive, typically a split ZIP or RAR file,
created when a file is broken into smaller parts for easier distribution or download.

Here is the same game 'HARVESTELLA_USA_iNTERNAL_NSW-KTHNX', but the file structure is semi
the same, minus the other archival files.
Just follow the above method. And you'll be able to extract my personal collection of dumps.
I like how the 'scene' archives things and how neat and organize things are, that is why
I archive them like I do. And not just drop the file into a folder and label said file and folder
and then archive it.
I understand most users are familiar with getting games from other places, with either the
game in the folder or just the game file itself. Personally, that's fine, but I'm not a FAN!
Having a folder with file names that are the same looks nicer. Well, at least I think.
The only group that uses " . " (DOT) instead of the " _ " (UNDERSCORE) is 'BigBlueBox'.
Which just doesn't look anywhere near as nice as it should be if that group released stuff with an underscore. This is their latest dump
