It appears to have included Japanese and 18x already.

I do have the Japanese DMM version though...
Not sure if it has any difference, since I don't play the steam version.

The only thing is probably the DMM protection is weaker than the Steam version.
That is only my guessing though.

Sorry for bumping, but nobody has the patch for Steam? I was searching in Google but I found nothing.
