bumping this, there's a working link by velka but the file seems to be corrupt. Can't get the installer to run even on a VR machine.
If anyone happens to have a different file or DL version please upload!

I have winxp pro sp3 in Japanese edition on a virtual PC, but I was able to install velka's Patogirl.
Maybe it's relevant.
Also, when installing the game, I was asked to install Directx9, so also installed it.
