Anyone is free to donate anything they wish. But the game has barely been out for 12 hours.

tbh I was really hoping for this game too, my shipment of the physical preorder got delayed and I really wanted to play it this weekend... :(

The whole rule seems a bit absurd - people have free will, you can upload a game once you have it and people can choose not to download it and wait a month or however long should they want to support the developers and publishing companies.

so all the people who suggested and supported this rule can simply wait and download the game after a certain period of time lol nobody is forcing them to download it as soon as it's up

This game wasn't purchased by the whole group, and the whole group made the decision to allow the developer a one month-ish time to earn some income form sales and to support the production of other titles.

SSL in particular was donated by ONE member and they don't want to publish it on AS at this stage as they want to play it and sort out the additional materials.

Anyone is free to upload the game sooner but it's very unlikely it will be, we often have had to wait 1-3 months for new releases..guaranteeing it is released 30 days after release to here is pretty reliable, especially as we now have funded from our own funds (I personally have paid, with my own money, 100% for several sweet boxes this year and will be uploading all additional content with them) every release until may.

Requests are not considered filled until it is posted on ASF. I've instructed the mod to allow all requests thread to stay until anyone publishes the thread but I'll keep an eye on this.
