Why this game is NEVER released to download ? Is some kind of unbreakable piracy protection ?

Cyc-let is releasing a pack of 3 (which looks like their increasing the resolution of each title) of their previous titles 2 of which are the prequels to this title that we have not seen uploaded anywhere as of yet and their next new title.

I hope that this title gets uploaded along with their new stuff coming out this month but im not gonna hold my breath. Not even sure why this hasnt been uploaded yet whether it be due to piracy protection or something else.
