Made a throwaway account to post this. I don't know if you are still looking for this compilation, but there is another compilation named コンプリーツ コレクションパック that you can download and it contains the updated version of ママしぼり^2 on the Kirikiri engine. It has no issues running on Windows 7 and the voices play as well. Hope this helps.
