Not that I know of... Actually the best rip out there is an .OGG version from R1 DVDRIP.

Well, if you're on ANN check the release list - if there's no bluray, there's no 720p for older series. Only newer anime are already broadcast in 720p.

Some old series do get BD version, like Card Captor Sakura.

The point was that old series must have a bluray release, since they weren't broadcast in 720p.

the resolution available only : 736x400 / 720x480 / 712x480 / 704x396 / 640x480 / 640x360
there's no higher resolution can be found.
