Hi,

I would really appreciate it if someone could share the 2015-03-06 release of Fortune Arterial since that one has the greatest compatibility on Windows 10. All the links on the forum are dead.

Download the latest update from the bottom of here.

You will need to run the game with Locale Emulator with "Fake UI Language" though.

what do you mean by locale emulator and fake ui language? Is it different from setting my pc region to Japan?

By "Locale Emulator" I mean "Locale Emulator" and by"Fake UI Language" I mean "Fake UI Language"... or something like that. I'm not sure what was the setting called precisely.

alright, so I installed the locale emulator and tried running the game in "Run in Japanese" but the game doesn't run.
not even a pop-up of the "insert disc" pops out either.
I installed the latest update
tried it without the nodvd patch and with the nodvd patch.
or did I install the wrong locale emulator?

Yeah, sounds like you didn't set "Fake UI Language" on in the Locale Emulator settings.

Throw the noDVD patch away, the latest update already makes the game work without a DVD. It implements a region-protection that works exactly as you describe, you run the exe and nothing happens. That's why you need Locale Emulator with Fake UI Language.

so now I download the one that says locale emulator master, how do I set "Fake UI Language" or where can I find it?

Download Locale.Emulator.2.4.1.0.zip, unpack it somewhere, run LEInstaller.exe, install it with it, run LEGUI.exe and there's the setting. Tick it on for both profiles.
