[REQUEST] Aokana - Four Rhythms Across the Blue nekonyan/JASTUSA installer

There are multiple posts with this game, but all of them seem to have a preinstalled copies from either steam with the 18+ patch, or the other three stores (nekonyan, jastusa, mangagamer). I want a copy of the game WITH the original installer if possible.

Also if the EXTRA1 and EXTRA2 are available in this form too, I would like those as well.
