I think asking for both of these games is an impossible request, but I might as well try.
As I understand it, they were distributed for free at Comitia events in CD format as well as on their official websites, even on Freem in the case of the side story (all of which are now defunct). But if someone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I didn't mention it but not long after posting this request here I went ahead and managed to ask for these games in a different 5ch thread: link (it's post #530, if someone wants to help me check it out from time to time). This is Inferno番外編, not the main game. I'm also not sure if the main game was ever distributed digitally. If it was, it would be good to know its filename (found the name of its trial, it's Inferno_chira1.zip / 129,236,659Bytes / 2009.10.8: here). It's quite possible that the main game was never released, as I see only 番外編 and the main game trial on Suruga-ya. So I guess what we still don't have is this Infernoチラ見せ版.

I guess someone could try writing here? It's doubtful the mail form is still active, and there are no guarantees they would agree to share the trial, but I guess we could try. Or we could also try asking for this file specifically in the 5ch threads above.

I have no idea where you found the side story, but THANK YOU SO MUCH! I couldn't have done that myself. I'm happy that at the very least I'll get to play this, since the freem page says that it can be enjoyed on its own.

By the way, just for reference, I'd like to put this out there, even if it's not particularly helpful:

According to the oldest vector archive for the preview version, the main game was planned to be released on the official website for free in three episodes. Apparently the difference between the preview version and the episode version is that the protagonist's name can't be changed in the preview one.

According to an archive of the official website (which was on January 18 2009), the first episode was announced to be released sometime between the end of January and February of 2009. The next archive after that (which was on February 19 2009) and all thereafter only show a 403 error page. So there's no way to know the filenames for the episode versions. The title for the 1st episode would probably be called something like Inferno:第１話.

And so there's three different versions, apparently: The preview version (which was distributed for free in digital format on vector, named "Infernoチラ見せ版"), the trial version (which was distributed for free in CD format at Comitia events), named "Inferno 体験版") but suruga-ya ended up selling at some point since it's a second-hand anime store, and the episode versions (which were supposedly distributed for free in digital format at the official website).

I also noticed that post, but unfortunately that's a link for games that are unrelated to Inferno. I'll leave you their vndb links so I can clear up the confusion: HOLLOW, HOLLOW+Andante. I also tried to download those games anyway and got the 502 error too. XD

This review dated 2009年10月26日 20:55 states "Inferno番外編というネーミングになっていますが、本編はまだない……のかな？どうやらチラ見せ版のみ公開されているようです。"
So at the very least, it wasn't released as planned.
