i tried really hard to look for amnesia later & crowd in english but i couldn't find them. So, if some one can upload it I'll be really thankfull.

& also if some one can tell me how to extrat the japanese words from pc & psp games formats to translate it would really help me out because i can't read japanese at all.

You can't find them because they don't exist. There's no patch or ports.

As for translating VNs from Japanese to English, follow this guide

There is no english translations for these games, you can use visual novel reader to help with translating (google it). Don't be surprised though it will be the same as using google translator, it will not make too much sence if you don't understand at least a bit of japanese.
