I specifically look for the WIN95 version. The PC98 one doesn't have voices. The version on "myabandonware.com" only has the no-voice version and besides that I could not find the game.
Though I did find pages that seemingly sold the game, however I'm not living in Japan, nor do I have a japanese credit card.
