Since you seem to be on your last legs regarding this title I am gonna go ahead and give you two hopes.

First: Anime-Sharing The uploader of this title remains active to this day. If you go ahead and make a request to [MENTION=2954]Chivien999[/MENTION]; for a reupload he/she might consider updating the dead links. This is the fastest and my recommended method to getting the game since anime-sharing uploaders generally don't mind resurrecting their own uploads.
