It tells me that some voices are missing and I can't start from the beginning ( I need to load one from the save files. ). Am I doing something wrong? I only extracted and started .exe
 
My English is poor,I tried to explain how to play the game definitely.Open your Control Panel(Windows XP for example),You can find "Regional and Language Options',first choose 'Language' option,then select Japanese language;second,choose 'Advanced' option,also select Japanese language.You'd better change area time to Tokyo time in 'Date,Time Options'(for some game it is not necessary,but for some game that only sold in Japan it is necessary,like Mink company's game).Try to play it again,good luck!

Sorry for being a fool and not reading the whole post! It does say that you should change the time, but I didn't read that part.
