I have confirmed the operation of this game on Japanese Windows 7 SP1 x86 (VirtualBox 6.1).

Notes: velka's upload is of a GCA archive, inside of which are FCD images. I had to extract the contents of the FCD and then add them to an ISO. Then I did an installation to see if there were any issues (none as far as I can tell).
