I have this in my collection though I downloaded it on a different site and I can reupload it on Google drive but before I do that. Is there a rule that prohibits that or there aren't? Because if there aren't rules about that I will upload it.

If the modified date on your copy is before 2019, then it's probably not the newer edition that me and the people in this thread are looking for
