I have confirmed the operation of this game on Japanese Windows 7 SP1 x86 (VirtualBox 6.1).

Notes: I used the 345MB install option. Don't be surprised if it takes a while...I found a huge number of files in the installation folder when it finished (over 3,800 files), which is probably unusual. The name of the game exe is "seisai" (so you can find it quickly).
