What do you mean, I'm a little confused by what you're saying.

Basically, if you are waiting for the game, you will have to wait 3 days for it. The link I posted is for the CG set and the group says the game will be Unlocks in 3 days due to being re-uploaded by other people. The 2DJGAME group, who buy almost all the games for us are doing it cause their uploads get re-uploaded instantly. Sucks that they chose this one to delay, but at least we know it'll be out! =)

AFAIK (I'm not a VIP member or know Chinese though), the VIP releases go through private sharing before getting released to everyone. They said they release 7-14 days after purchase, but if you at the list, some of the VIP games are already out on torrents so I think 7-14 days is the long end. I can't give out an exact date (Flowertradewinds should know as he's a distributor), but I do think it'll be out soon =).
