A lot of BL games can be found on http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/forum.php, you will have to register to the site.

Also, based on a few a thread on Aarinfantasy site about 夏幻の恋 [Kagen no Koi]. The game is distributed via DLSite, and requires a foreign or Japanese credit card. Also, there seems to be a "...pretty restrictive DRM authentication system...", problem meaning unless the games isn't cracked those without a Japanese computer won't be able to play it.

I know it's not much help, but that's probably the reason why you can't download it or play it. Good luck.
