This is a plugin for Elevator Panic. I've only seen one link to downloads for it on animesharing (http://www.anime-sharing.com/forum/...fsn][fs][fj]-エレベーターパニック～密室の淫行～-追加プラグイン-29660/), but those don't work anymore. (It's weird though because it says it's 4gb on there, but it's not. It's supposed to be 533mb in size.
