I checked the files and it's a legit copy, thanks so much bro, how did you come across such an obscure site?
I spent maybe hours the other day trying to find it on various search sites

I tried googling the title with two or more variations. It was vague but the folder the file was in appeared there :P

Looks like Chang pulled the plug on that archive of his, a lot of the stuff that used be there is either missing or password protected now, a shame, I wanted to look into that collection, probably a lot of rare stuff is gone with it. The only lesson to take from this is: save everything asap, on the internet content is prone to disappearing.
As for popotan fandisk, I uploaded it on my mega, I deleted the installer files already, so you're gonna have to trust me with the portable version:

Try reading my post I addressed that question, that's the whole game pre installed, there was nothing else in the archive, you can either get it or wait a few years until Lebedev-sama makes time in his extremely busy schedule to upload 500mb game.
