I have confirmed the operation of this game on Japanese Windows 7 SP1 x86 (VirtualBox 6.1).

Notes: The 520mb installation option may or may not remove the need for mounting the music disk. In the installation folder, the game exe is called "hajirahi" (worth pointing out as all of the files are installed in that one folder). Although I was able to install and play, the game didn't run well since I experienced sudden pauses. I also got some kind of error when I tried to play the OP in-game. The video is able to play if you run the game's exe with compatibility mode set to XP SP3 (though I still experienced the sudden pauses). An XP virtual machine (or older) might work better with this game.
