Yes, there are no blurays.
No, the torrent you linked does not have English audio - it's Japanese only.

I already checked and found no indication of it existing - do you have a group name to look for?

I had another look myself and you're correct, dont know anyone who can remux this with the dvd ? :p

The only one who did stuff like that on a regular basis was joseole99 and he quit after MU went down. Since HDTV and DVD not necessarily sync with each other, there are a lot of pitfalls involved in such a project.
Besides, DVD rips are usually of a higher quality than HDTV rips anyway.
