Hi y'all!
I'm kiiiinda new to playing Otome games so I haven't played that much of them.

I'm currently looking for an Otome game which wouldn't be too hard to understand.

I think I'm around N3 level. (If it helps, I've done Kaize's route from OVER REQUIEMZ and found that it was to be of my level, as I didn't struggle much)

I'm open to all genres !!! :alice_hide:

wand of fortune and trouble magia sounds pretty great for you!
it is a wizard school settings, so the language used is more casual than Over-req, but still got little challenge thrown here and there I think!

if you play it with emulator on PC i suggest downloading meikipop to help with unknown kanji!
my kanji knowledge def goes up super fast thanks to that <3 (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

If you didn't struggle much with OVER REQUIEMZ, you can probably handle most games from Otomate. I would really just recommend to read something that interests you. The hardest part of study is often motivation. :)

If you want a specific suggestion, maybe try 9RIP? It's a little creepy like OVER REQUIEMZ and usually highly rated by players.

If you want something easy to understand, the only games I would NOT recommend are historical settings like Hakuoki or Yoshiwara Higanbana.

Thank you for replying so fast! I did debate wand of fortune but the length seemed very intimidating haha:(;゙゚'ω゚'):
I'm definitely interested by both titles though! Especially because I like magicians〜

I've been using a set of Lunatranslator and yomitan for unknown kanjis, and it works pretty well because I have two screens when emulating!
I've heard of meikipop and it seems great because it's a bit more effortless when it comes to looking up words, so I think I might check and see what I prefer♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪

Thank you for the reply!
I'm really happy to hear this, you just got my motivation to go up!! (*'▽'*)

I'm not really a fan of how the LIs look in 9RIP but I've also heard good things about it! It shall be added to my wishlist〜

I did see around that Hakuoki was REALLY hard because of its kanjis and setting... so I'll be waiting a bit more before attempting them:(;゙゚'ω゚'):

Thank you for the advice!!:alice_love:
