there's also sci-fi psychology element like CHAOS HEAD series and Steins Gate and pure dating sims galge like memories off series, tokimeki memorial or even horror-esque galge like saya no uta, kamaitachi no yoru (banshee last cry), root double. umineko no naku koro ni, higurashi no naku koro ni.

You asked fairy tale esque games before? maybe check some of Liar-soft work especially their "what a" series.
