Rance Quest HELP

Everytime i try to open rance quest this happens

I'm not good with pc's but I really want to play this but I don't understand what that says.
Does anyone know what to do?
Since link doesn't work it basically says D:\InstallSet\UpdateFiles\Files\CommonFiles\AliceStart.ini
Then random letters

I have Windows 10. Anyways I found a file for alice start and downloaded it. and now it says y AsraframeworkDLL.inc. Don't what that means though

Basically can anyone give me the files for Alicestart, and AsraframeworkDLL.inc (if thats a file)

1. Open "Control Settings".
2. Click on "Change date, time, or number formats".
3. Switch to the "Administrative" tab.
4. Change "Current system locale" to Japanese.
5. Restart your PC.
