Not a Bug Quote Notification when not quoted

I got a notification that Shine quoted me here:

but obviously it's koken38 that was quoted. Not a big deal, just letting you guys know in case it's a symptom of a larger issue.

My tentative guess is that initially Shine mistakenly quoted you, then quickly edited their post to correct it and remove your quote within the grace period such that the "last edited by" message didn't appear.
