I am thinking about starting to torrent, and I was wondering what VPN I should use?

Also, I'm looking for Da Capo Plus Communication, Da Capo II Plus Communication, and the side stories of the Da Capo series (Onsen, Season, etc.) I know that many were never translated but I was wondering if you guys could help point this newbie to the right location to find them!
