Question about [140829][Lose] ものべの -MORE SMILE- for Alice

I have downloaded:
[131025][Lose] ものべの -happy end- 豪華版
[140425][Lose] ものべの -MORE SMILE- for Natsuha - http://www.getchu.com/soft.phtml?id=801392
[140627][Lose] ものべの -MORE SMILE- for Sumi - http://www.getchu.com/soft.phtml?id=808626
[140829][Lose] ものべの -MORE SMILE- for Alice - http://www.getchu.com/soft.phtml?id=816814

I am able to install [131025][Lose] ものべの -happy end- 豪華版 perfectly fine, but when i try to install the other 3, they dont have any install files apart from an append file which i install, but it doesn't touch the other files.

How do i install the other files or are they for just listening to kind of like extras?
