PSP - Translation Tools?

Hey guys!

Well, my question is: Is there any translation tools like ITH, ATLAS or similar to Visual Novels for PSP (I'm not looking for tools for one Visual Novel in particular)? I don't think I can trust in my knowledge of Japanese yet, because kanji are a problem. I'm pretty sure nothing like that exists, but... ~ hope ~
