Problem launching Game (Natsuyume Nagisa)

Hi guys I just finished downloading this game but after I instal it I got problem

I already Change to Japan Locale and using AlphaRom

Anyone who know how to fix this please let me know how :(

Maybe this helps:
- switching your keyboard layout to japanese
- disable anti virus program
- run as administrator
