Hello,
I think you were tricked into downloading an adware instead of the game file, this is common in some of the cyberlocker.

When you click "Create Download Link" it will open a popup with the exact filename. The popup is the trick, if you proceed to download, from there, you got rekt. Close it, come back to the tab, it will show this instead:

Pay attention, if you click on Click to Download, it will, once again, popup another false download trap, same adware. You must close it, Finally, you will be able to download the real file on the second click on that button, you must always stay alerted.

You can also use other file hoster instead

Well first of all, the link you gave me carry a different file name, so I'm not sure what it is.

I download from the link above via Userdrive, and below is the file content. Did you have the signature file "Shine" in side the compressed file? If not, chance are you download a malware because you fall for the popup trick I outlined above.

Provide a screenshot of what you download is also helpful
