Every time i launch these games i get an Ffopen error mesage, what should i do?

Perhaps a screenshot may help in case others can chime in to answer your question.

Right-click to 'run as admin' and make sure DirectX is updated or properly installed.

If your settings are in Japanese, then that shouldn't be the problem.

After a bit of research I found that the games are region locked to Japan,
I downloaded a program to change your locale at this address:

After you have installed the program right click and run with japanese locale as administrator and it will play hope this helps.

just downloaded HF pAppLoc and it worked.

Now I have to find a way if I can translate the conversations in the game.
