Hi guys, I'm new to the otome fandom, but I'm looking forward to play more games, and I'd like some recommendations for +18 otome games.

I've already played many amare games (if you want to recommend some, its fine!), but I'd like games in the otome category, if possible! thank you so much ^^

The one I recommend the most (especially if you like yandere) is : Kankinkon ~Sentaku no Hibi~

Then these five (someone probably will recommend more):

• Orfleurs​
• Trick or Alice​
• Ai wa, Nikushimi ni Yoku Niteiru - Nikushimi wa, Ai ni Yoku Niteiru​
• Torikago no Marriage (R18+ ver. no Makoto's route)​
• Yoshiwara Higanbana (R18+ ver. no Tatsukichi's route)​

If you like only one LI with short play time, I recommend: Hatsukare Ecchi ~Satoru Hen~

If you like Taisho era, some conflicting and questioning relationship, try "Chou no doku"

And for a lil bit horror, I recommend "Jooubachi no Oubou"

Like "Chou no Doku", "Koezaru wa Akai Hana" has a R18 version that is Japanese only, and I don't even think most of the games mentioned in this thread even have full English translations.

I know "Heart Cage" has an official English translation, and the game recently got DLC, too.

I would also keep an eye on "The Goddess of Tears ~Restoration~" as the game is set to release on January digitally, a month after its physical crowdfunding release. It will also have an official English translation.

If you like robot LI I'd recommend Sakuya, and I also recommend Tsuki no Hikari Taiyou no Kage, Chou no Doku Hana no Kusari, and Yoshiwara Higanbana

I see they've already been recommended, but I'd definitely recommend Chou no Doku Hana no Kusari and Koezaru wa Akai Hana too!

I recommend Yoshiwara Higanbana. This game is a masterpiece! The art style is Japanese ancient style, and the plot and story are very exciting! Each character inside has their own characteristics. I recommend you to play!
