To use the uncensored patch, replace sharedassets0.assets under .\KemomusumeOsewa\KemomusumeOsewa_Data directory using the file provided in the .rar file. You could also use the uncensored.emip if you know how to load a mod installer package file using a Unity Asset Bundle Extractor like UABEAvalonia. Enjoy.

The new update added / changed assets, so the patch needs to be re-applied.
To transfer save data of previous version, copy & paste savedata.dat under the base folder to the new version.
