Although Kyouya isn't exactly a tsundere, I think those are the types that will most closely resemble him. If you haven't played yet, give Sasazuka Takeru from Collar x Malice a chance; for me, he's the guy who bullies a female MC the most I've ever seen. There's also Seiji from TokiMemo Girls Side 3, and if you like playing mobile otome games, there's Jude from Ikemen Villains. Actually, I think this guy is even worse than Sasazuka sometimes.

Takeru is a bully, I would Seiji isn't really a bully as he doesn't make fun of MC at all.
But the diabolic lovers boys do.
 
This might be vague, and really common, but can I have recs for games that have a route where MC abandons everyone to run away with a LI?
 
hi, everyone! this may be too vague and basic, but i'd really like it if i could get recs for more lighthearted/fun games bc i've realized my backlog may be lacking in variety, which ends with me always recommending depressing things to my friend;;; plus i just started virche so i think i might benefit from playing something lighter on the side, in case i need a breather? idk if that will be necessary but... just in case...

i know there must be a ton, but i find it hard to choose... especially bc i never got to emulate switch until recently so there's a LOT i haven't played yet. if someone can help narrow my options down i will be super thankful <3

edit: forgot to add games i liked, sorry! idk if it helps but i enjoyed hanakare and tmgs ^^

  • Sympathy Kiss - Low stakes, office drama romance, slice of life. it is light hearted and a little funny with a modern setting. It has a no-face self insert protag but its decent.
  • Lover Pretend - A 'lets pretend to date' situation in different varieties, mostly a comedy with some low stakes drama
  • Radiant Tale - some sad things in storylines but mostly a very cheerful story about a travelling circus and bringing happiness to the world.
  • PSP FANPATCHED (english) Storm Lover!! An excellent daily life simulator where u can date many guys, break up with them, send text messages and progress the school year. Many funny mechanics like a 'lovey dovey' mode that makes the MC and Love interest say sickeningly cheesy things to each other.
  • Cupid Parasite - A game about a dating game show hosted by cupid that ends up a bit hilarious, the art style is vibrant!
  • Tokimeki series (JP with some english fanpatches) - Tokimeki are stat raisers with dating and shopping etc, less novel and more game but there are tonnes of characters and support, each recently was remastered for switch.
  • My life as a villainess: all routes lead to doom! a romantic comedy about a girl who is transmigrated into her favorite game. She has avoided all the deathflags so far but.. now everyone loves her. She is oblivious to this! its a funny ride from start to finish, and is based off of an ongoing manga/novel but allows you to pick your own route.

Hi! I'm looking for more games like Cupid Parasite, what I loved about it was especially the humour/silliness aspect. Both JP and ENG are fine.
 
Looking for: Dark otome games, heavy on plot and romance and good character development and writing.

Games I enjoyed: Black Wolves Saga, Diabolik lovers, Virche Evermore and Over requiemz.

Things I dont like: Incest.

Have you ever tried variable barricade or Taisho Alice? These two are somewhat similar to Cupid Parasite in my opinion.

I did play Taisho Alice but it didn't do it for me (the humour was on point but I didn't like the guys much). I'll try Variable Barricade. Thank you!!

ichiya from varibari is the poster boy for crybaby lis imo and varibari also has nayuta who leans more towards the cute-airheaded side not so much as crybaby

i would also recommend shinnosuke from glass heart princess for untranslated releases ^^

i think when it comes to pathetic or lame in a cute way i would also recommend jack from tengoku struggle but im not sure since he's not like that most of the time but it's that kind of boyfailure image that stuck with me when i think of him

Games by Reject usually have easy Japanese and are fun. My favourites are Alice Alice and Bad Medicine Infectious teachers
